Before Your Session

When you book a session, I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire online (or by phone if preferred) so I can fully understand your wellbeing and any medical considerations, and make sure that your chosen therapy will be suitable. Your first session includes extra time to discuss your health further and what you hope to achieve from your treatment.

In follow-up sessions, we dedicate time to check in on how you’re feeling, review any changes since your last visit, and ensure your treatment continues to meet your needs.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business, I ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or postpone a booked appointment, wherever possible.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

Please note that none of the therapies offered by Sanctuary Sessions should be used as a substitute for medical treatment, but can be used alongside medical treatment in most cases.
