Pulsing Rhythmic Bodywork

Sessions last for around 90 minutes (of which 60 minutes is hands-on Pulsing time) and cost £75.

Pulsing Rhythmic Bodywork
Pulsing is a gentle, nurturing practice rooted in body-psychotherapy, which recognises how emotional experiences can become held in the body over time, creating patterns of tension. It helps you reconnect with your body, its natural rhythms, and your emotions.

The Experience
Imagine being gently rocked in soothing, rhythmic waves — a constant, comforting rhythm that creates a safe space to simply rest and be. Within that flow, subtle stretches and movements help your body soften and open, easing the tension that may have been held for years.

As your body releases, space is created — not just physically, but emotionally too. Many people feel nurtured, soothed, and more connected with themselves and others, as if a weight has quietly lifted.

How Sessions Work
Sessions take place on a massage couch, with you fully clothed in comfortable clothing. Each one is tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking something calming and nurturing, energising and revitalising, or a blend of both.

Why Try Pulsing
Pulsing isn’t a typical 'treatment' — it’s something you experience: restorative, freeing, and deeply relaxing.

Whilst it’s suitable for most people, it may not be right for everyone, so I invite you to get in touch for a friendly, no-obligation chat before booking.
